We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

In the event you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please notify Gigi Zen Spa as soon as possible. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. A 100% charge will be collected for all services canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

All appointments must be scheduled ahead of time to be seen. Please text (469) 775-7885 to schedule all appointments.

In order to provide clients with a serene environment, we ask that all children under the age of 16 be left at home. Those who are 16 and older, may sit in the seating area outside of the suite as long as they are able to remain calm and quiet for the duration of the appointment.

In order to ensure a relaxing experience at GiGi Zen Spa, we ask that all electronic devices be silenced, and hushed tones be used while speaking.
