By accessing GiGi Zen Spa services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Clients are required to provide accurate health disclosures before any treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual. All clients must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian. Service payments are managed via Gloss Genius and are subject to their secure payment terms.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and our commitment to providing intentional, dedicated care. We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed service amount.
Refund Policy
While we do not offer monetary refunds for completed esthetician services, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you feel a service did not meet your expectations, please notify us within 3 days so we may offer a complimentary adjustment session. Retail products may be returned for store credit within 7 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
